HOW IT WORKS
PURCHASING A GIFT VOUCHER

Once you’ve selected which voucher you want to purchase, you will have to fill out a form in which you will input YOUR details

Once form is filled in, we will email you an invoice to be paid for the voucher

After payment has been made you’ll receive an email which includes the voucher and it’s unique code (make sure you check your spam folder!)

You can either forward this voucher via email or print it for the recipient
REDEEMING A GIFT VOUCHER

All you need to do is send us an email stating that you would like to redeem your voucher (voucher to be attached to your email)

You can redeem the value of your voucher against a treatment of your choice (please account for travel fee as well)

Any remaining credit will remain on your voucher for 12 months, and can be applied to your next purchase

If you decide to choose a service of higher value, you will be able to pay the difference

Our gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. This time frame cannot be extended. Services are only available in Durban and select surrounding areas, and are subject to availability. We will do our best to fulfil your booking at your requested time. Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code or offer.
